At SnapShooter, we strive to provide excellent support; we aim to get back to all customers within one working day. However, we often beat this.
During the holidays, we love to spend time with our families. For this reason, we have periods where we have light and critical support only.
We understand the importance of urgent support when it comes to backups, and while we have implemented everything to be self-service if you need help urgently, we have systems in place, even during the hoilday periods.

The UK government is enforcing a national lockdown, this has suspended schools to be reviewed at the end of February 2021. During this time due to children will be at home.
We aim to provide our excellent support however it make be slightly at times, and as always please make sure of the urgent support if required.
